Digital application procedure
The foundation accepts applications during one period per year. You apply in our digital application system. The system opens normally on June, 1 00:01 (CET) and closes normally on September, 30 at 23:59 (CET). Any changes concerning time are communicated thru News on the website. The foundation only accepts applications via the digital application system.
Processing of personal data
By submitting an application, you consent to the foundation being allowed to process your personal data in the application to the extent required for handling the application and in accordance with the Swedish Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679).
Create Account
The first thing you have to do is to create an account with which you can log in to what will be ” My page “. This is where you will find your started or submitted applications. As a private person and citizen of Sweden and holder of a BankID you can preferably use it to create an account. Otherwise register by the means of a mailadress.
Once you have registered your details, the application system will send you an email to confirm that your details are correct. This may take a few minutes. Click the link in the email to verify your account.
Create application
Select ” Start new application ” and fill in your application step by step with the requested information. The fields that are mandatory will be green when you have filled them in. Please note that the foundation does not approve mere reference to an appendix . At any time, you can click ” Finish (save) ” to save your started application and log in later to complete it.
When you’re done, click ” Submit .” Then your application ends up in the foundation’s inbox and can no longer be revised by you. You can now go back to your page and start a new application or look at the applications you submitted. If any of the mandatory fields are not filled in, you will not be able to submit the application. Go back and fill in the fields that have not turned green.
